Are you ready for 45 minutes of High Intensity Training taught in a small group setting using nothing but your body as the mechanism for change?

The principles of HIT have been repeatedly proven by exercise scientists over the last several decades.  In fact, HIT has become so synonymous with quickly and safely improving strength.  Our classes are taught by Jean Kottemann who has spent over 20 years perfecting her training and coaching skills using only high intensity training.
