Are you ready for 30 minutes of High Intensity Training taught in a small group setting using nothing but your body as the mechanism for change?

The principles of HIT have been repeatedly proven by exercise scientists over the last several decades.  In fact, HIT has become so synonymous with quickly and safely improving strength. Our classes are taught by Jean Kottemann who has spent over 20 years perfecting her training and coaching skills using only high intensity training.

And now we are proud to offer our HIT BW Class live, online.  This class is perfect for livestreaming from the comfort of your living room or office.  All you need is your body, an internet connection, floor space for a mat, and maneuvering room (approx 4’x6′ floor space and 7′ or above ceiling).

Bringing the gym experience to you in the comfort of your own home or office, together with HIT’s science-based record of success, there are no limits to what you can achieve.
