Re-Pose Flexibility Training

Re-Pose is a flexibility program comprised of traditional stretching, sport stretching  and relaxation techniques. It is a mindful practice that promotes muscle lengthening and release of tension, and is a great counter to our HIT strength training program.

 

Re-Pose classes begin Monday, April 16, 2018, at 6:00, and run every Monday after that.  You can participate in person, or sign up to participate live online.  $15 in person, $10 online, or you can purchase a Flex-Pass for 8 sessions for $100.  Checkout the schedule below.  Text (504) 931-9758 to book your class.  Please specify class date and whether “live” or “online.”
