    • Getting off your bottom and moving is activity. Exercise is a specific activity for the purpose of stimulating an adaptive response (strength, endurance, etc.) While some activities under certain circumstances rise to the level of stimuli, activity in general is NOT exercise. No one is served by perpetuating this falsehood.
