irl Working On Computer Do you keep a good working posture when typing your computer? Very often we just don’t work using a proper posture, and thus we are more like to develop back ache, neck pain, wrist pain and carpal tunnel syndrome, among others.

The US Occupational Health Security Administration, OSHA, utilizes the concept of Neutral Body Positioning to explain the best posture to work on a computer. 

The Neutral Body positioning is a posture in which all joints are aligned in a natural way. This posture reduces the stress on tendons, muscles and the skeletal system.
