The Importance of Keeping a Food Journal

Below is a thorough and thoughtful link to an article I found on IDEAFit.  I’ve been nagging most of my clients about this since we started the diet program at CCS.  There is an absolute correlation between keeping a journal and having success in dieting, at least in my experience.  Food journals are about acquiring food knowledge and about accountability, two predictors of diet success.
