I was strolling through the internet looking for new and exciting exercise stuff to read and I came across a blog by Dr. Steve Parker called Advanced Mediterranean Life.
He wrote a post addressing the research article entitled Evidence-Based Resistance Training Recommendations by James Steele, et al, in the Journal of Exercise Physiology (Vol. 15, No. 3, June 2012).
Dr. Parker is right, the research article is way too technical, and it’s for that reason I had not presented it here before, although I did post it in my training facility. Dr. Parker makes things simple and highlights 3 important things from the article. Since there’s no way I could do better, I’m just attaching a link to his article here.
